KSEV AM 700

The Houston Health Hour of which Dr. Mobley is the host is now in it’s 10th year on KSEV, AM 700. The show has the strong support of the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. It is a “call-the-doctor” program. For the hour between noon and 1 P.M., Monday through Friday the program can be heard. We welcome your calls, and if you want to call in with any medical question, just give a listen, and the call in numbers are given out every few minutes. If you have not yet heard the show, I hope you will tune us in during your lunch hour.

Dr. Mobley has been the host since the program’s inception in March 1992. Since then he has had the help of other hosts from time to time, but for the past 6 years Dr. Mobley has had steady hosting with him as host on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Dr. Sheri Levin, an Ob/Gyn specialist was brought in about 5 years ago to do the Wednesday show, and she accepts questions on women’s health issues. From time to time Dr. Jon Peterson, family practice physician at Memorial City will host the show if neither Dr. Levin or Mobley can do the show. Dr. Mobley hosts other physician specialists from time to time, and on those days we like to keep the calls oriented towards the specialty of the guest. Portia Schwartz of Memorial City Hospital is our daily in-house producer, and has been in that position for the past 5 years.
