A
condition characterized by a loss of bladder control resulting in the leakage
of urine. This commonly affects people between the ages of 45 - 80, especially
in women and even more regularly in those women who have borne children.
A
very common condition affecting especially women of all ages, an much less frequently,
men who are having prostate problems. The symptoms can include painful and frequent
urination, blood in the urine, a change in odor of the urine, and occasionally,
fever.
INTERSTITIAL
CYSTITIS (IC)
Poorly
understood and inadequately diagnosed condition afflicting millions of women
(and few men). Typically, a woman diagnosed and treated for bladder infection
does not improve. Symptoms include: urgency, frequency, and pain in the bladder,
pelvis, or with sexual activity and the need to urinate during the night.

Vasectomy
is the process of dividing the vas (the tube that delivers the sperm from the
testis to the prostate) in order to prevent conception. It is the most common
method of male contraception in this country where about 500,000 vasectomies

is an inpatient procedure. A successful result will enable a man to become fertile
after previosly having the vas deferens sectioned during a vasectomy procedure.
Approximately 1 in every 100 men who have a vasectomy decides to have a reversal.

symptoms of BPH include slowing of urinary stream, intermittent stream getting
up at night to urinate sense of incomplete emptying, and occasionally urinary
infections.The symptoms tend to occur almost insidiously and slowly over time,
but when a man has any or all of these symptoms he should definitely see his

It
is said that prostatitis is the most common chronic infection in men. Symptoms
can include pain in the rectum, penis, bladder, testicles and even the thighs.
Sometimes there is pain with urination and changes in the urinary stream.
